Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. During this time, your camera and accessories are carefully inspected, tested, and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days, depending on your location and local shipping conditions.

Total Delivery Time
Including processing and transit, most orders are delivered within 6-12 business days.


Refund Policy

We hope you love your Pocket Dreamers camera. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Once delivered, refunds are only available after the product has been returned within the 10-day return window.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the camera must be:

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Undamaged and in resalable condition

  • Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and inserts

Opened or used cameras may be refused a refund unless the item is faulty or defective.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or details to help us process your request quickly.

Return & Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days with proof of postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined if:

  • The return request is made outside the eligible timeframe

  • The camera shows signs of damage, misuse, or tampering

  • Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your camera arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
